AS u got relief with Physiotherapy u might have left doing exercises told by ur Physio. Ur shoulder can remain in normal motion when u will use it as much as u can . Only physiotherapy can help u in frozen shoulder. So continue it n follow all the precautions told by ur Physiotherapist.
