Frozen shoulder
Frozen shoulder for 8-10 months. have undergone physiotherapy for 2-3 months. then exercise for 15-30 minutes at home. still pain is not gone

Better get an intra articular injection of Depomedrol in Your Shoulder and Acromioclavicular joint, by an Orthopaedic surgeon, and then continue physiotherapy. It will benefit you better. You may have to get a repeat injection after 1 month
