Front tooth Gum swell
One of the front tooth gum has swollen up It's not paining much but I can feel the difference there What can be done?

If its a noticeable swelling, its always recommended to get it checked by a dentist who might also take an X-Ray of the involved tooth to check periapical/periodontal changes. Also must to get checked if there is a history of any kind of trauma involved with that area. If for any reason you are unable to get to a dentist immediately, you can try doing warm salt water rinses which might help reduce the swelling/discomfort for the time being if there is no major underlying cause involved.
