Front tooth fracture
My front tooth was broken at the age of 6 and RCT was done at the age of 13-14 but no cap was fixed, again a treatment was done at 17yrs and a cap was fixed. today PUSS has accumulated and the X-ray shows that the tooth has been fractured from root.

hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Its necessary to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment plan. In such a case if the tooth cannot be saved, it needs to be removed. then you can go in for implant or fixed prosthesis.

The prognosis of the tooth can only be confirmed by knowing the extent and location of the crack.. as per your given history it seems that the tooth may not be salvageable (can only be confirmed by having a look at the x-ray), an implant is a great option to restore your tooth..

Hello,
In such a situation it would be advisable to get it removed and get an Implant or a Fixed Ceramic bridge done.
