You can either go for orthodontic treatment duration of 1 to 1.5 yrs followed by retainer appliance for a period of 12 months atleast else relapse of teeth to original position can occur or u can go for crowns/ veneers that will take less time but i will recommend u to go for ortho treatment.

Based on the clinical photographs, orthodontic correction (braces treatment) would close the spaces leading to a more aesthetic appearance. You can as well go for cosmetic correction (rct and crowns/veneers) for closure of the space. orthodontic correction though time taking, is more advisable.

The best treatment for your case will be Orthodontic (braces) treatment..... the only drawback of this modality will be a longer duration of treatment lasting for somewhere around 1.5 years..... the short duration treatment will be laminates/veneers or Crowns.... if you wish to go for the latter option please make sure to have a discussion with your dentist about the projected clinical picture after the treatment so that you can be mentally ready for the altered width of the teeth after the treatment.... Regards....

Hi ...first of all thank you for uploading the pics..It does help us to provide solution for your problem ..:-) Your problem can be tackled by two ways 1) orthodontic treatment ( duration of 8 to 16 months ) followed by retainer appliance in your mouth for a period of 6 to 12 months ( else relapse of teeth to original position will take place. 2) crowns/ veneers after RCT ( in order to avoid any pain or sensitivity in the future .) This will get over in weeks .If you can afford a full ceramic crown it will be natural looking and give you a better smile.but procedure will be more costly than orthodontic If you are working ...Please weigh both the option and decide how fast you want the result, whether wearing bands will be an issue for you in meetings or office , how well you can maintain ( good maintence afyer every meal is required in ortho treatment ) and what treatment modality can you afford. Tc
