Frequently wets bed when sleeps
My daughter is 6 years old and is a healthy child. She wets the bed. Previously it was not that frequently but from past year it is very frequent whenever she sleeps either in afternoon or at night. When is awake then also she doesn't go to washroom and wants to avoid going for passing urine. Please advice

Please consult a pediatric nephrologist who can guide properly. Bedwetting usually goes away with age but sometimes needs treatment above 5 years

Usually after 5-6 yrs of age the child gets the neurogenic control over urinary bladder.... But as your kid is 6 yrs old, may be we should look for other causes also....most commonly UTI( urinary tract infection) and rarely any Nephro urinary tract anomalies.... Initailly try for 2 months with avoiding coffee , tea and try to avoid them in evening time ... also before the sleep take the child to bathroom for emptyimg the bladder .... Contact video consultation for further treatment plans..
