Frequent UTI, severe mood swings
I am having hypothyroidism for past 10 years and takes 75mcg tablets daily as per prescription. I am getting frequent UTIs for past 2 years, due to which I had taken Niftran 100 multiple times. Now I am having severe mood swings, no libido, fatigue, lethargy and sleeplessness. I was diagnosed with depression at age of 15 when I lost my mother, and had medications at that time. Feeling lost now. Help.

Get your thyroid levels rechecked If normal you can connect with a psychiatrist for your mood swings and other symptoms For recurrence of UTI you should be prescribed antibiotics after culture sensitivity rather than a random prescription Also increase fluid intake and get an Ultrasound kidney to rule out renal stone
