I am facing problem of frequent urination and after urination i feel pain once urine has passed from today. Was having itching two days before..
Kindly suggest possible medication

Get your urine route in test as well culture
Also consult gynecology personally for examination of private parts.
Seems to be infection of genital area along with urine infection.
Can come at my clinic with prior appointment.

You need to get urine routine and culture test done for the midstream urine.probably then you should take medicines.watch for fever
