Frequent urination, with slight pain
Having frequent urination with slight pain above pubic bone. It's been 2 days. Also had my period today, having cramps and back pain. It's very uncomfortable. Frequent urination gets better at night but reoccurs again at noon. I have been drinking lots of water. What should I do? I googled and it showed symptoms of uti.

First of all start with non-medical treatment like plenty of oral fluids cranberry juice. Avoid holding urine for longer duration if it is an infection watch for fever burning of urine and frequency of urination. Ideally you can give a urine sample for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity consult online with reports for better help and understanding.
