Frequent urination , non diabatic
As soon as I drink water , there is an urge to urinate and the quantity is not much . I am not diabatic or fat or obese , i used to drink caffine drinks like coke and all twice a day and 4 days back I decided to completely ban it coz I read that it might increase the urge to urinate . So now even after 4 days whenever I drink water , after 15-20 mins I have to pee then , will it cause dehydration in me ? What's the solution ?
