Frequent shoulder dislocation
I have already dislocated my shoulder 4 time in last 5 years while playing basketball even while swimming for a very long time once.i have seen same cases of my friends but they are able to relocate their shoulder themselves but i have to go to the doctor only once i was able to relocate it myself ,during my 1st time is there a permanent solution??

Your shoulder should be evaluated by ct and MRI and you need to get surgery done to prevent it from dislocating again. Those who are able to dislocate and relocate themselves are called habitual dislocators and their condition is different from yours.
