I have been facing panic attacks very frequently. Tightening chest,dizziness,pressure in head. . I have done all blood test,X ray of lungs and Ultrasound of lower abdomen yet no issue was found.
I am sick and tired of all this .

Dear patient the symptoms described by you appear to be seen in a classical case of panic attack. Recurrent panic attacks are a hallmark of panic disorder. The disease would require both medicines and psychotherapy for adequate duration in order to achieve remission. Please consult a qualified Psychiatrist soon.
