Frequent mouth ulcers

Hi , I have these frequent ulcers in my mouth, painful , go away in 1-2 weeks…. is there any permanent cure to this ?

Frequent ulcers ,apart from stress also related to dietary habits :spicy/oily food, frequent i take of non veg ,less intake of water, fresh fruits n salads..

immediately apply dologel ct 3-4times a day... control diet for a week...n for the better
