Proper physical examination needed or results od physical examination is needed like Blood pressure, pulse, X ray of Paranasal sinuses, eye check up ,migraine ,over mental stress etc. Consult me or any physician for treatment. Homoeopathy is one of the best choice with or without diagnosis of the case.

What you are experiencing could be a sign of migraine or tension headaches. Kindly consult a Clinical Psychologist and a Psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation. The intervention will be planned accordingly.

You are most likely suffering from migraine. However a detailed history would be needed. Consult a doctor for more details and treatment.
