X-Rays of Paranasal Sinuses are very unreliable and tend to give false positive diagnoses. You need to get a plain CT scan of your Paranasal Sinuses in direct coronal view in 1mm slices. Subsequently, come online and fix up an online direct consultation with me and I will do the needful.
