PNS x-ray. Do I have sinus?
I am catching cold often.if I have any cold food items or go in cold air, I will get cold and cough.and my throat will be affected. I will get strep throat. I either get strep or upper respiratory infection often. I went to a doctor and got PNS x-ray.she didn't explain me the x-ray and just prescribed me antibiotics for a week. I don't know if I have sinus and what to do next. Attached the pns xray. Do I need to check for allergies? What's the reason for catching cold and throat infection often?

You have wasted your money! X-Ray is an outmoded mode of imaging study to diagnose nasal or sinus pathologies. Due to the huge amount of bony superimpositions, even a normal sinus will seem diseased in x-rays! If you are in or near Bangalore, please come down and meet me. If not please use this app to locate a good ENT Surgeon near you and fix up an appointment to meet the doctor as soon as possible.
