  4. Frequent cold. Solve this frequent cold.

Frequent cold
My 3 year kid is suffering with cold and cough frequently (after joining school).almost 15 days in a month but for about six months. Doctor suggesting huff puff kid.ENT saying to go for adenoid surgery. Kindly advise what can be done to solve this frequent cold.

I know you will be worrying about that. But it's quite normal, once they start schooling. They get exposed to germs frequently and fall ill repeatedly. Just maintain good hands hygiene and give good food. The frequency will come down in the following years.
