Frequent Blood sugar tests
Iam very obsessed to check blood sugars frequently, i don't have diabetes but frequently that is weekly thrice or twice check blood sugars. They are all in normal. Iam also done hba1c test it shows 5.5. RBS 110. Pls advice it is require or not how often check blood sugar in normla people.  any  necessary to check blood sugars in my case. Pls suggest. Regards.

Hello don't worry... No need to check sugar such frequent.. Once yearly u can check.. Get into healthy life style and maintain your wt.in target range..

You don’t need to check your sugars that frequently if you are not diabetic. It is advisable to get basic body check up once a year if previous reports are normal.
