Yes and the test has to be done in the early morning with over night fasting and yeah freet3 t4 are different from bound t3t4 and it decide how good ur thyroid is working

T3,T4 & Free (unbound) T3T4 have different normal values.

Yes... Total T4 is different
Actual values are seen by free T4
Fasting not necessarily... But timing of test ideal is 6 to 7 am
