3.2 cm follicle has become a cyst. You might have missed it when it was of 18-20mm size now it has increased to size of 3.5cm

Normally in a 30 day cycle follicular monitoring should be started from day 8 3.2 cm is not a follicle it's a cyst Also you missed the scans between day 11 to day  16 to see if anything developed in between It should Ideally be done alternate days

u can wait for more days and see if the follicle grows..or else u can try next cycle
