Edge build up with composite restorative can be done. For straightening teeth you need to wear braces. There are different types of braces both aesthetic and relatively non aesthetic. Considering your age you will have to choose am aesthetic option. There are inexpensive options here too. You could consult me privately if you want on Practo.

The edge can be easily corrected with a composite restoration in one sitting. Regarding straightening you will have to wear braces .The treatment time is usually many months to a couple of years depending on severity of problem.Best done by a orthodontist
