Without operation get plaster done for 1 month . Be ready to accept malunion . You may get reasonable range of movement later on with physiotherapy

It will unite in plaster of paris cast but chances of malunion high so future arthritic joint. For pain relief get so analgesic- tab etova 400 BD And add tab phlogam BD for swelling subsidence. Give POP cast and followup xray at 1 month.
