Be ready to accept malunion .

It will unite in plaster of paris cast but chances of malunion high so future arthritic joint.
For pain relief get so analgesic- tab etova 400 BD
And add tab phlogam BD for swelling subsidence.
Give POP cast and followup xray at 1 month.
