Forgetting of alphabet shape/image
When i am writing any things then i sudden  forgot that how can A,B,C etc letter were written . I remember the whole word of letter/sentence but i forgot that how can i write the alphabet . After forgetting 2/3 second i  wrote the letter but in between i lost more time when my examination / large assignment got . So , Please suggest or give your opinion and solution of this . I am student of Indian Institute of Psychology and research banglore(IIPR). I do walking and meditation daily . Thank you

Hi I see that you are a psychology student. Memory problems at young age are usually due to stress. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.

Is this issue happening recently or similar events occured since childhood also? Do you have any history of epilepsy or other medical disorders? Commonly anxiety can be presented with above symptoms like short term perlexity. Other disorders also needed to be ruled out. Kindly consult a Psychiatrist and Physician.
