For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss.
Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day.
Drink 3-4lts of water per day.
Hii, its very easy loss weight .before you start diet analyse your weight how many kg are more .And self motivation more important to loss weight in perticular time period. you can follow a healthy diet to weight loss. you can eat 8 small meals in day.you should take more fruits and vegetables salads ,little carbs. also you can take liquids like ragi,sago water ,veg.soups .its better way to decreased abdominal fat. you should take low calories diet for weight loss.
