Hello, Taking any kind of supplement or medicines is not advisable as it may have various side effects. Take protein rich diet, include protein rich meal post workout (paneer sprouts, soyabean, curd/ thick buttermilk/ egg whites, chicken) Follow a balanced and healthy diet.

No need to take any supplement unless u r not trying for some goals For normal lifestyle u can get naturally through ur diet
