My age is 23 yrs and weight 56 kg. My running time in 1600 metre is 6 minutes but l want to get it 5 minutes in 6 days.

What's your height and weight? Don't do to much exercise daily. You can do brisk walk daily that's enough. If u do to much exercise and suddenly you stop u gain ur Weight.
