I had fever on Saturday after that i had not temp above 99 around 98 to 99.. but having some weakness & feeling tired.. can i take continue para 500 thrice a day.. or when fever came.. rightnow i am taking Azithromycin 500,monte+Lc,Becasule cap.Para 500 taken BD..
