Hello dr., is there any chywanprash free from honey and jaggery ?? Some amla or ashwagandha jam with no honey or jaggery ?

Classical chyavanprash as per Ayurveda contains honey and sugar (not chemical one) and not jaggery. Jaggery wala chyavanprash is a pure business strategy. Sugar and honey in this are not harmful for dm patients as other medicines are in appropriate proportion . But companies are not adding medicines in that proportion (obviously to avoid costing) and advertising sugar free etc.
