Check on your shoes . And if yes then change it to good running shoe with memory foam sole . Check for flat foot of yes the. U need special shoe which has medical support to it. For now start some basic ankle and foot strech excersies  . Google it. ( Only basic) for  advance excersies you need guide  physiotherapist. Put your leg  in warm water upto knee with salt in it for 15-20 min and while resting keep your leg elevated over two pillow. Help reduce swelling After above all measure if  still pain present.  Then u need xrays of your feet to rule out any bony injury and sos Mri to rule out soft tissue injury or any  infection .
