Chiropractic adjustment will help. Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Did you do any strenuous work like standing for long time, climbing staircase excessively? Do you have any previous history of fall or injury? With your symptoms there are possibilities of Plantar fascitis or calcaneal spur.
Next Steps
You should do foot stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should take two tubs one filled with hot water (bearable heat) and rock salt and other tub filled with cold water. The water level should be till your ankle. You need to immerse your foot in hot water for two minutes and then followed by cold water for two minutes. This should be repeated for 20 minutes twice a day for a week. You should use footwear with proper arch support. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Avoid prolonged standing.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Hii assuming you did not had any traumatic injury to foot and there was gradual onset of pain ,it seems to be plantar fasciitis. Do contrast bath- dip in warm water for 3 min then cold water for 2 mins - do it 4-5 times. Also when you get up in morning ,move your ankle up amd down atleast 100times then take 1st step.
Next Steps
will need to assess if there is any tightness or strain. you can use insole for soles and avoid continuous standing if possible.

The heel pain is common if you have flat feet or discomfort using the footwear or inappropriate weight distribution. It's very common in morning due to longtime rest, there is a common complaint of heaviness in your calf and heel, sometimes even in your foot. It's normally called as plantar fasciitis.
Next Steps
Few stretches: 1)Calf stretch: •Stand near a wall with one foot in front of the other, front knee slightly bent. •Keep your back knee straight, your heel on the ground, and lean toward the wall. •Feel the stretch all along the calf of your back leg. •Hold this stretch for 20-30 seconds Tips: Person should feel the stretch down their calf muscle and into their heel. If this is not the case, slide the back leg further away until you feel the stretch Avoid arching the back when performing this stretch. 2) Foot stretch / Towel stretch: This stretch requires a hand towel. •Sit on the floor with both legs straight out in front. • Loop the hand towel around the ball of one foot. Hold both ends of the towel. • Keeping the legs straight, pull the towel toward the body, and hold the position for 30 seconds. Then, relax for 30 seconds. • Repeat the stretch three times, then do the same on the other side. Tips: Control the intensity of the stretch by pulling harder on the towel, if necessary. The back should be straight for the duration of the stretch. 3) Place your foot on the ground and just curl your toes as you are holding the napkin or hand towel for 5 counts and 5 times. 4) Apply icing for 10-15 mins 2 times in a day
Health Tips
•Stretch before you step out of bed in the morning. •Stretching should be done 2-3 times in a day. •Wear footwear @home like home slippers.
