Food to Eat and Not To Eat after IVF FET
I finished my frozen embryo transfer a few days back. Please could you suggest an exhaustive list of food items I must include in my diet as well as those i should avoid? My doctor suggested to take mild food less spicy. My mother suggested me to completely avoid papaya, pineapple, sesame seeds food items, grapes, dry fruits etc.. Can i have warm chocalate based drinks. Some say chocolates are not so good to take this time. Is it true?? Could you please complete my list of diet, i am not properly guided here with a good diet thats why? Thank you in advance
