Food / Side dish for alchohal
Hello Dr Kindly advice what will be right and diet to be taken while having alcohol. Since generally I used to take rice (chawal) and subzi. Kindly advice what will be the essential diet to be taken in order to prevent the side effects of alcohol.

Hi Ideally it is advisable to take alcohol in limited quantity. One thing u shud keep in mind that while having alcohol avoid taking oily foods and namkeen and all. Instead u can choose any paneer item as well as boiled eggs and good amt of salads.

Hi, Take alcohol is generally not advised. But if taken in limits, club it with few boiled eggs, Peanut chaat, Grilled Paneer/ Paneer Salad etc. Thanks
