Due to angioplasty & diabetes follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Use oil as mix form like 1kg sunflower oil and 1kg corn oil. Change oil every 3months. Due to diabetic take fenugreek seed as salad or soaked form.

Take lots of raw n fresh vegetables.Include Bajra,oats ,ragi in your diet. Avoid fruits like banana,grapes,mango,chikoo.Avoid deep fried food,food from refined flour n sugar. 30 mins of regular exercise is necessary. Do not fast or overeat.
