Food chart for kids
I have 4 year and 6 year old children. I realized the food I m giving is not nutritious and unbalanced..younger kid is very choosy he does not prefer anything bland or spicy..so i used to give idly dosa with sugar..I m not sure how to change the food habit and bring up them healthy and improve their immunity..how many serving of food and snacks to give to them..please advise.
