Healthy food and nutrition for my kid
My kid(2.5years) is weak and often falls sick.Kindly suggest some healthy food (veg+egg) and nutrition to maintain better health

Dear parents,         Your child is 30 months old,1,stop milk&milk products in day time ; 8am to 8pm. 2. Give semisolid food; Aan ; given to old people. 3Like Dal ,Dalia,khichdi,rice,Alu,kela,UPPAMA,halwa,PATOLIA. Rab,Kari ,idle ,poha etc which is semisolid. 4. GIVE MILK IN NIGHT,MOTHER'S IN PRIORITY,THAN OTHERMILK,UNDILUTED,  SUGAR ADDED AS WE DRINK ,WITH CUP NO BOTTLE. 5. D UP DROPS. 1ML ONCE a day 6. FERRIS DROPS  1ML ONCE a day 7. ZINCOVIT DROPS 1ML ONCE a day 8. Syrup OSTEBON 1 TEASPOON FUL TWICE a day   ALL MEDICINES for 6 MONTHS
