Does Folvite 5mg Tablest delay in getting pregnant? For my first pregnancy, I had not taken it before getting pregnancy. I had started taking after getting pregnant and my baby was absolutely fine. For my 2nd pregnancy, doctor has advised to take it while I am trying to conceive it self. I am trying since last 2 months, but still unable to conceive. Please suggest on this. What shall I do? Shall I continue to take Folvite 5mg? Or stop it?

No, folvite doesn’t interfere with ability to get pregnant.
In fact it needs to be taken preferably 2-3 months prior to planning pregnancy . your doctor has correctly started it
In case you don’t conceive in next two months you can visit a fertility expert like me

Folic acid is not known to delay pregnancy but since you have developed this doubt it is better to stop Folvite and see for yourself if it facilitates a pregnancy.
