My gynaecologist put me under follicular study in October 2021 and given me tablet letrezole twice for 5 days and injection Persinal HP 75 injections on 5th,7th,9th,11th day. My last dominant follicle size noted was 16 mm in LO and 2 dominant follicles in RO of 15mm and 11mm on day 13th day scan. RO follicle ruptured in day 15th scan report. Now my question is that i was not able to meet my husband in my fertile days so this cycle would not show any results, in this case i have to repeat ovulation induction injections again in next cycle??please guide as i am confused.

The whole point of induction medications and follicular monitoring is to make good eggs for pregnancy, if you don’t have timed intercourse or IUI , then it’s all in vain , you will have to repeat it again .
Do make sure you and your husband are together before going for induction, else so much pain , effort and money in the process is wasted.
Hi
If u were not able to hv intercourse I fertile period then most likely u wil get ur periods
Then definitely u wil hv to restart in next period .
Always plan ur cycle , if ur husband us not available from.day 10 to day 18 then dnt take ovulation medicine as those are hormones , n unnecessarily u take medicines n ur cycle us wasted
Follow ur doctor
Yes these need to be repeated in the next cycle . Because once a cycle is over and once you get your menses it indicates the egg which was not fertilised undergoes atresia ( death ) .so for next cycle you need all harmones and tablets to stimulate new follicles and subsequently eggs
