Dear doctors,
I need guidance regarding my persistent IBS. Despite trying various treatments, no relief has been found. I've adjusted my diet, lifestyle, and tried different medications, but symptoms continue to impact my life.
Now, I'm open to alternative treatments like Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT). Research suggests FMT may help IBS by using my wife's healthy stool sample to modify the gut microbiome.
Can I know any gastroenterologists that can help me do FMT using enema or colonoscopy please ?
I'm eager to learn more about the procedure and seek your expertise.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to provide medical records for a more informed opinion. Thank you for your time.
