Flat poop can be a cause of either due to constipation or IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome ).. or sometimes both..and also it could be due to very less fiber in your diets..
Main stay : More fiber rich diets, less of refined carbs, moderate plant based protein and moderate fat are essential..and daily exercises both in the morning and evening like stretching, brisk walking, taking steps both up and down 2 times a day, dancing, being active all along..
Less of non-veg intake..and can have lean chicken and fish 2 to 3 days a week,
Unstrained juices for high fiber, vegetable salad and fruit salad ..and whole fruits, whole cereal grains, like brown rice , oats , sprouts, almi ds and walnuts , less of milk and milk products, not much of caffeinated beverages, no to outside foods, etc...
