Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby is 3months old now. Delivered via c-section.His right side head is flattened (right ear backside) . Was done with Changing his sleeping position, but it doesn't Work. How to make his head round shape? Is using pillows prevent flat head ? I'm worried. Please give some valuable suggestions Thanks in advance
