  4. Flat feet (fallen arches) To be cured?

Flat feet (fallen arches)
I've flat feet because of which I'm not medically fit for armed forces. I don't get any joint pain,back pain or muscle pain in my daily life because of it like other people experience when they work out. My question is can it be cured and how long will it take to be cured?
