Could be But try to figure out the location where you will stay You can focus on plant diet also Salads and pulses are all over the world but in different forms Try to get there local name also

It's nothing like that it will b difficult for u to stay healthy and fit there As there are many indian stores over there where u can get all the healthy options and that to vegetarian. Make sure that u keep ur self occupied in any form of workout over there Plus make sure that u r having protein rich meals Also have atleast 3 portion of fruit. Try to have adequate water

My  few indian clients from usa, and the started to cook at home, u can tk cereal/dal and others useful meterial along u. Or u will get there also.and with cereal food u can start more fruits, vegetables, dry fruit preparation, good amount of fats/milk products etc...required few changes for your self.

Indian grocery shops are available mostly. You need to know how to choose right. Avoid  high fat, high sugar , high salt and highly processed food. Have well balanced meals at regular interval. Exercise regularly.

As suggested by the other Dietitians learning to cook is a best healthier option Do not compromise on your protein needs by including Dairy YOGHURT, nuts,whole pulses lentils,beans,peas,mushrooms etc Try and go for as much as possible fresh & restrict processed ultra processed, salted,sugary foods,dips,sauces,etc Include optimal physical activity
