Surgery/ Laser is not a good choice for Anal Fissure. As the chances of recurrence are high after surgery/ laser. However Anal Fissure can be completely treated without surgery or Laser by Graded Kshar Karma treatment. In this treatment; a specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region which debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually 4-5 Graded Kshra Karma sittings are required at weekly intervals for complete healing of fissure. Now you should take sitz bath 2-4 times daily and apply some soothing and healing ointment.
