Fish oils are very helpful for us as it contains vit D and A + essential fatty acids . There are few fish which contains omega 3 fatty acids like cord liver oil/ salmon fish (polar bear eat those ) but this is not present in all fish . It is very helpful for cardiac activity and reduce triglycerides and increases HDL .
