First molar tooth
I have no pain anywhere in my teeth. I am sending my latest x ray. Please tell me my first molar tooth is in need of some kind of treatment or not.  Wisdom tooth is ok or having cavity. If yes then suggest the treatment.

1st molar. May or Maynot have decay xray picture not confirmatory. But should suffice with filling or no treatment. 2nd molar. get RCT done, pain is subjective. Decay is definitive reason to get the treatment done. 3rd molar. decay can be seen. if not very keen on saving can get it extracted, because maintainance in tht area is difficult even after filling/rct if you cannot maintain the area clean there are chances of decay on treated tooth.

The xray is quite unclear. But cavity is seen in 2nd molar. Clinical examination will give better diagnosis.
