First and second molar nerve compression
My first and second lower molar are extremely large tooth which is compressing my inferior alveolar nerve canal in both left and right side diagnose in cbct as I experienced strange tingling ,creeping,jolting,stabbing,current type sensations and mild pain from the area of my lower first and second molar in both sides but left side sensation is prominent than right side as my dentist had said extraction of all the four molars on both side to relief my symptoms and get flexible denture.what to

I will suggest ..if no mobility or cavity in the teeth please do not remove teeth ...if there is dought kindly get diagnostic block to see which tooth nerve involve ..
