I have a fifth metatersal fracture .. i wanted to ask about my toe movement . If i feel its more loose . And i cant pull it up .but i can pull it down . is it related to the fracture ? . Its the seventh week since the fracture

Thats because the muscles pulling it down are stronger.. U can wind a sheet or towel around the toes and practice pulling it up to regain passive movement which would be lost due to the plaster immobilisation and then slowly start active movt
