Fibroids subesrosol and intramural
I am unmarried and I have multiple fibroids of the type subserosol and intramural. My largest is 4cm which got diagnosed in March. Since 1 week I am having pain on and off in lower right side of my abdomen and also feel a slight guilty on touch. My last periods had large clotting along with moderate pain which has never happened in previous cycles. Do fibroids of this size cause pain?

You have multiple fibroids. You are 25 years old. It is safe to presume that you don't have children. You have heavy periods. Further discussion about fibroids management needs active involvement of the patient.  So it is better to consult with a Gynecologist in your area  The treatment will be expensive,  unsatisfactory,  and prolonged.  So you should decide what you want.
