Fibroid in uterus
Plz help my mother suffring Uterus is bulky in size measures 8.0 * 7.0 x 4.8cm. A fibroid is seen in anterior myometrium measuring 18.9 x 15.4mm Endometrium is thickened and shows an Ill-defined echogenic area with increased color blood flow measuring 22.8x 17.3mm Endometrium thickness is 13.9mm Cervix is normal in size and echotexture. Both Ovaries are normal in size, shape and echotexture. No adnexal mass or cyst noted. No free fluid seen in POD

What symptoms she is having? If there is excessive bleeding then treatment need to Started. Endometrial thickness is slightly more. If periods are a problem then endometrial biopsy needs to be considered as per age and medical management to be started by then
