What about your period? regular/irregular/menopausal? In case menopause you should consult a gynecologist asap otherwise also you should get yourself examined for thick endometrium and polyp. Doctor might suggest you hysteroscopy (diagnostic & operative). Single fibroid and 3 cm size need not to worry if not causing any symptoms and they usually shrink after menopause.
